How to change/add/delete tickets

You can change the number of tickets, add new tickets, and delete tickets on the event edit page.



How to access the edit page


1. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "My profile and events".


2. Click the name of the event you want to edit. The event edit page will open.



How to change the number of tickets


1. Click the edit icon for the relevant ticket. After changing the quantity, click "Proceed".


2. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

* Sold-out tickets will not automatically go back on sale just by changing the quantity. After changing the planned sales quantity, click "Proceed" and "Save" to resume sales.



How to add tickets


1. Select the type of ticket you want to create.


2. Enter the ticket name, quantity, and other details, then click "Add ticket".


3. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

* If you add tickets after the event has been published, sales will automatically start after you create and save the ticket.



How to delete tickets


1. Click the trash can icon for the relevant ticket, then click "OK, I got it".



2. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

* Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be deleted.
