How to invite Specific attendees to an Event
Organizers can invite specific attendees to an event directly via email.
You can specify the ticket type and quantity for each recipient, and send up to 500 invitations per event.
How to Invite
1. Open the [Invites] tab on the event edit page.
* If you already have a contact list registered, proceed to Step 3.
2. Enter the contact information for the people you want to invite.
You can view your saved contacts under “Settings” > “Contacts”.

Click [Add contact], then enter the Name and Email manually, and click [Add].
To add more people, click [Add another].
▼ Import from a CSV file
Click [Import] and follow the instructions to upload your data.
▼ Import from your Google Account
Click [Import] and follow the instructions to upload your data.
3. Check the box next to the people you want to invite, then click [Invite].
* You can send an invite to multiple people at once.
4. Select the ticket type and quantity, then click [Continue].
* You can only select one type of ticket per invite.
5. If needed, enter a message and click [Send] to send the email.* If you delete a contact from your list after sending the invitation, the invite will become invalid.
Re-adding the contact will make the invitation valid again.
What the Invitation Email Includes
The invitation email contains the following information:
- Event name and organizer’s name
- Ticket name
- Date and time of the event
- Event venue
- Message (if included)
