How to respond to ticket cancellation requests

Attendees cannot cancel tickets on their own. If they wish to cancel, they should contact the organizer.

If the organizer agrees to the cancellation, they will handle the cancellation process.

After the cancellation process is completed, the full amount of the ticket price will be withdrawn from the organizer's Stripe account. The attendee will be refunded the full amount they paid.

For canceling an event, please refer to the following page:

Cancellation deadline

Cancellations can be processed up to 24 hours after the event ends.

How to cancel tickets

1. Click the icon at the top right of the screen and select "My profile and events".

2. Click the name of the event you want to access.

3. Select the "Attendees" tab.

4. Click the cancellation icon for the relevant attendee.

To cancel one ticket:

Enter "1" in the Cancel quantity field and click "Proceed".

Once the process is complete, the number of tickets will display as 0, and the status of the relevant attendee will be "Cancelled."

To cancel two or more tickets:

Enter the number of tickets you wish to cancel in the Cancel quantity field and click "Proceed".

To cancel all tickets, check the "Cancel all" box.

Notes

- The Stripe and Peatix fees incurred at the time of ticket purchase will not be refunded.

- If there are insufficient funds in the organizer's Stripe account to cover the refund, Stripe will withdraw the amount from the organizer's connected bank account. If there are still insufficient funds, the refund to the attendee will be put on hold.

- When tickets are canceled, they return to the inventory and are automatically put back on sale. However, if the tickets are canceled after the event is sold out, the inventory will not be replenished. To resume sales, you need to manually restart ticket sales.
