How to manage the event attendees

How to access the attendee management page


1. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "My profile and events".


2. Click the name of the event you want to access.


3. Select the "Attendees" tab. The attendee list will be displayed.


Features of the attendee management page


- Download the attendee list

- Cancel tickets

- Send messages to attendees


The list screen displays the attendee names, the number and type of tickets, and their status. You can also filter by attendee name or status.


*Email addresses of attendees are not disclosed. If you need information such as the attendees' email addresses or physical addresses, please set up a "Questionnaire".
