How to cancel an event

You may cancel a published event only due to unavoidable circumstances.

Please ensure to cancel the event before it begins.

How to cancel an event

Canceling an event will result in the event page being deleted. 

Before canceling the event, please inform the attendees of the situation via message.

1. Click the cancel icon at the top right of the event editing screen.

2. Click "Proceed." The status will change to "Canceled".

Refund Policy

After completing the cancellation process, attendees will receive an email notifying them of the event cancellation, and they will be refunded the full amount they paid.

The full amount of the canceled ticket will be deducted from the organizer's Stripe account. The fees incurred by Stripe and Peatix at the time of ticket sale will not be refunded.
